Simple mod to remove the restriction on not being able to give the vacation specific massages on community lots.
Changes BHAVs "Interaction - Ask for massage - TEST" (0x2002) and "Interaction - Give Massage - TEST" (0x2005) in the "TableMassageGlobals" (0x7F514EE5), so will conflict with any other mod that does the same.
