When read, the Info Card provides a small boost to a skill or badge.
This object was designed to be placed beside exhibts in a museum or art gallery to educate the Sim about the associated item.
Once placed, options from the debug menu can be used to configue the skill or badge that the Info Card boosts. For skills, the min and max skill that the Sim needs to be able to benefit from the details on the Info Card can also be set.
The Info Card will automatically change form depending on where it is placed - floor, wall, counter, shelf or ceiling - or the format can be fixed via options on the debug menu.
When placed on a community lot, configured options will be remembered when the lot is exited.
