Uniforms for children and teens enrolled at public (state) school. White shirt/blouse with ties (blue for upper school, yellow for lower school), dark grey trousers/skirts and sensible black shoes.
Whereas children and teens in private school have a single uniform for all weathers, those in public school have summer and winter versions
In addition, outgoing teen girls and sloppy teen boys have alternative summer uniforms.
Finally, public schools have "dress down" days (Friday by default), when the children and teens wear their own clothes - for a small donation to charity.

BCON 0x1030 - Tuning - Dress For School
- 0x00 - Dress Down Day: Set to -1 to disable or the desired day of the week (0=Monday, 4=Friday) - default is Friday
- 0x01 - Dress Down Donation: Simoleans per child/teen donated to charity on dress down days - default is $1
- 0x02 - Povety Limit: If the family funds are below this value, charity donations are not made - default is $50
- 0x03 - TM Slob: If the neat score of a teen male is below (or equal to) this value they will wear the alternative summer uniform - default is 300
- 0x04 - TF Flirt: If the outgoing score of a teen female is above (or equal to) this value they will wear the alternative summer uniform - default is 700
Configuration - Changing The Uniforms
Any full body clothes can be used as uniforms (unfortunately seperate tops and bottoms cannot).
To use a different item of clothing as a part of the uniform, start by opening the desired re-colour in SimPe. Select the 3IDR resource and note down the TGIR values for both the Resource Node and the Property Set
Open the WH_PublicSchoolUniform.package file with SimPe and select the 3IDR resource for the item to be replaced as per the following ...

This mod conflicts with InTeen's "Back To School" flavour pack. This conflict can be ignored provided this mod loads AFTER InTeen.
Will conflict with any mod that alters the "CT - Dress for School" BHAV (0x1004) in the "JobData - School - Public" (0x7F647BAD) controller, or adds a BCON to this controlled with an instance number of 0x1030
