"Throw Tantrum" is only available to child and teen Sims, all others are available to teen, young adult, adult and elder Sims. "Cry" is also available to toddlers.
Primarily of use to story-tellers and picture takers. Actions are only available if there is a "Thought and Talk Bubble Controller" or "Sim Turner" somewhere on the lot.
Modifies the following BHAVs in the PersonGlobals group (0x7F01EC29), so will conflict with any mod that does the same.
