A display rack and stand that sells newspapers.
On an owned or home business, the rack holds eight newspapers and the stand twelve, which are removed when purchased.
Cloned from the my hobby magazine rack, so works on community lots, owned businesses and home businesses.

Frame and newspapers independently recolourable.
Requires "Buyable Newspaper". If this mod loads after the buyable newspaper, newspapers will no longer be available for purchase from the magazine racks.
Requires one of the CustomMagazines_RackFix_ files.
It is recommended to place the custom magazines, buyable newspaper, hobby racks and newspaper rack in the same sub-directory.
Own GUIDs (doesn't overwrite any object)
A conflict will be reported with my WH_CustomMagazines_Newspaper.package file, this is expected.
