Enables the "Tip.../$amount" interactions for any teen or older Sim.
Primarily of use to story-tellers and picture takers.
To avoid cluttering the Sim's menu during normal play, the option only appears if there is a Sim Turner or Thought and Talk Bubble Controller on the lot.
Modifies the BHAV 0x212F "Social - NPC - Tip - TEST" in the Person Globals (0x7F01EC29) so will conflict with any mod that does the same.
No known conflicts.
