Global - Religious Settlers

Settlers (and other units capable of founding a city) from a city with one or more religions will take a random religion with them. When the new city if founded it will fully adopt that religion.
For example, a city of population 10 has 3 religions - A with 6 followers, B with 2 followers and C with 1 follower (leaving 1 atheist). When the new city is founded there is a 60% change it will adopt relion A, 20% for B, 10% for C and a 10% chance it won't adopt a religion. These figures are fixed when the settler unit is created, not when the new city is founded.
If the "Global - Grateful Settlers" mod is active, if the re-captured settlers are of the religion founded by the liberator, there is a greater chance they will remain a settler unit. Conversely, if the liberator has occupied their holy city, there is a reduced chance they will remain as settlers.
