Adds BHAV "CT - Add to Inventory" 0x1099 and modifies the OBJD for the Newspaper object (group 0x7F08E23C).
Almost certainly conflicts with cmomoney & MogHughson's Newspaper Rack and possibly with alienpod's newspaper.
