A kickable traffic cone, for teen Sims to purloin via my Sneak Out Loot mod.
Found in Decorative / Misc for $10.
Unlike the flamingo, can also be placed indoors and on low (coffee/end) tables - not kickable when on a table!
Cloned from the flamingo, has its own GUID (0x0089ADE3). Like the flamingo / gnome, the animations are far from perfect!
